Court closures for weather, Lundi Gras, or Presidents’ Day

Here are some court closures to pass along:

• The Louisiana First Circuit is closed today for Lundi Gras. To see the closure announcement, follow this link.
• The Louisiana Second Circuit is closed today because of inclement weather (snow and ice). To download a copy of the closure order, follow this link.
• The Louisiana Third Circuit and Fifth Circuits are closed for Presidents’ Day.
• As far as I know, the Louisiana Supreme Court and Louisiana Fourth Circuit are open today. Neither court lists Lundi Gras or Presidents’ Day as a court holiday, and I haven’t seen any closure orders from them related to the icy weather.
