Let all #hostilidays cease

Christmas is here, which means that, for me at least, the Hostilidays are over. Here’s an antidote to the video pain that Hostiliday victims have suffered, and proof that YouTube can be used not only for evil, but also for good: a young Sungha Jung's interpretation of Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring. The #hostilidays hit a high pitch

On the one hand, it’s too easy to find a Chipmunks song that hurts your ears. On the other hand, I do find their high pitches literally painful to listen to. Here is just one example:

 

On yet the other hand (if I had three of them), I almost like their version of Silent Night a la Enya. It could be a parody; I’m not sure.

The message of this story is that suicide is not only painless; it also goes with Christmas. And the story is told through Lego animation, which must mean that it’s meant for children.

Nuts roasting on an open fire

I searched for a Hostilidays weapon, but failed to find anything unintentionally execrable. Still, it is the Hostilidays season. So for now, I’ll have to settle for something that’s intentionally offensive. I’ll keep trying to find something like those bombs I tossed last year. Meanwhile, watch this and do whatever the opposite of “enjoy” is.
