A song for the inauguration

Here is a music video of Political World. I don’t know where the video was made, but the song and the album it comes from (Oh Mercy) were recorded in New Orleans. I think the guy playing dobro is Daniel Lanois; he gets the dobro credit on the album liner notes. Musicians heard on the soundtrack but not seen in the video include Mason Ruffner, Brian Stoltz, Tony Hall, Cyril Neville, and Willie Green. Oh—and the singer is Bob Dylan.
