Lazy man's recipe for French toast

The secret to easy French toast is to start with cinnamon raisin bread. I like Orowheat because the bread slices are big and hearty, but other brands (Sun Maid, Pepperidge Farm) work well to. While you're pre-heating your grill, mix two eggs and half a cup of milk to make enough egg wash for four slices. Melt some butter on the grill. Dip each slice of bread in the egg wash and put on the grill. Grill each side until golden brown. Top with syrup, chocolate sauce, strawberry jam, or whatever you like.
