Today's Brass Gonads Award ...

... goes to Corey Miller, a.k.a. C-Murder, for recording a 17-track CD and filming a video for the CD's first single—while incarcerated in the Jefferson Parish Jail for killing a fan. According to this story in the Times-Picayune, Sheriff Harry Lee is not pleased.
