Swear words

In the absence of anything educational or uplifting, here are two videos on courtroom oaths. First, courtesy of Improbable Research, is an English translation of the oath taken in Burma.

Great find. Considering that Burma was a British colony at that time, I get the sense that a couple of British officers were asked to put together something for the court, and thus invented that oath over the course of a few drinks, with each officer trying to top the other with more absurd contributions.
